Details about 382
Our No. 382 is a Goodyear-welted full-brogue Oxford in blue and cognac. Thanks to its fashionable design this full-leather shoe is a so-called “two tone”. Shoes with two different colours featured on the leather upper first became popular at the beginning of the 20th century and developed into a firm favourite for Dandies everywhere. Even today this shoe style remains a real hit.
Full-leather shoe with a fashionable contrast of colours
At heart, our No. 382 is a traditional full-brogue Oxford. But a beautiful combination of colours and perforations makes this high-quality men’s shoe a truly contemporary design. The blue leather segments on the toecap and quarters accentuate the cognac leather parts around the closed six-hole lacing. The highly decorated perforation along the seams, together with a punched wing and counter cap complements the exciting appearance.
Created in the traditional method of Goodyear-welting, our No. 382 boasts great comfort and excellent durability. The vamp is made of fully dyed French calf, while inner linings, insole, outsole and heel – held in place with 15 metal pins – are crafted from vegetable-tanned cow leather. Together, they guarantee a perfect fit, great breathability and a comfortable footbed.
Despite the highly ornamented leather upper, our No. 382 is far away from looking fancy or cluttered. Instead, it radiates a graceful elegance. The full-brogue Oxford in blue and cognac matches jeans and suits as well. It is the perfect choice for any man with a sense of both fashion and tradition or, simply put, anyone who loves distinguished shoes.
Comprising several parts with perforations and gimping along the edges, together with a punched wing cap, this is a special shoe style. Exuding sportive chic and understated elegance, the full-brogue Oxford in blue and cognac is a versatile work of art in leather and an expression of the fashion-conscious gentleman’s good taste.
The standard British last form. Subtly and elegantly narrows at the front of the shoe, without sharply rising from the ground. The average width at the ball of the foot provides a great fit for average feet.
This shoe’s upper boasts premium, medium-soft and fully-dyed calfskin. The technical term for this kind of leather is "French calf". This type of leather is known for its flexibility, fine texture, and soft grain.
The distinctive arrangement of colours and perforations forms the contemporary design of our full-brogue Oxford. Fashionable proof that a classic men’s shoe can look magnificent in something other than a formal single colour.
