For orders under €249, shipping costs within Germany are €4.95, to Austria €9.95, and to Switzerland CHF 19.95. Shipping costs to other European countries vary and are calculated in the shopping cart during checkout. For shipments outside of Europe, orders under €300 incur shipping costs of €49.

In the event of a return, you will not incur any return shipping costs if you use our return label. For packages sent "postage due" or self-paid – which are not labeled with our return label – you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

Thank you for shopping with us! Should your order not meet your expectations, we offer a simple return and exchange option through our returns portal . Below, we explain how you can process your return quickly and easily.

You can return your goods free of charge within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, a different item, or a different color, please place a new order and return your original order separately.

Returns portal

How can I return the shoes?

To initiate a return, please use our returns portal. This is the quickest and easiest way to create a return label.


• Visit the returns portal at [ Link to returns portal ].
• Enter the order number and email address associated with your order.
• Select the items you wish to return for a refund or exchange.
• Create the return label. Please note that the label is no longer automatically included with your delivery, but must be created via the returns portal.

Shipping conditions

• Shipping within Germany: For returns within Germany, you can use the return label you created and drop off the package at a post office or parcel shop of your choice.
• Shipping within the European Union: If you are located in an EU country, you can also generate the return label via the returns portal and send the package to a local post office or parcel service provider.
• Worldwide shipping: The same steps apply for returns from countries outside the European Union. You create your return label via the returns portal and send the items back to us.

After you have printed the return label, please affix it to the largest surface of the shipping box in a clearly visible location.

Enclosed return slip

The return slip is included with your order, but you don't need to fill it out . Simply place it in the package along with the items you wish to return. This will allow us to process your return more quickly.

Further information

• Please ensure that the items are returned unworn and in their original packaging to guarantee a smooth return process.
• The buyer may have to bear the return shipping costs, unless the return is necessary due to an error on our part.

Processing the return

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will process it as quickly as possible. Depending on availability, we will send you the new shoes. If your desired model is not currently available in your size, we will contact you immediately. In the case of a refund, the processing time may vary depending on the payment method. For credit card refunds, you will usually find the transaction on your credit card statement for the following month. We have no control over your billing date.


Please note: Steps 1 to 4 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
